Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin is an American writer director comedian YouTuber podcaster and mental health advocate. She previously worked as an editor for BuzzFeed Video, but she along with her co-worker Gabe Dunn left to focus on the YouTube comedy channel Just Between Us in 2015. Raskin is born June 20, 1989, in Manhattan, New York to a Jewish family. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern California. Jamin Ben Raskin (born December 13, 1962) is a prominent American attorney law professor and politician, serving as representative for the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district since 2017. Professor of law served as head of the prosecution team during the second trial for impeachment. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided not to seek Maryland's vacant Senate seat. Instead, he will seek reelection in the House, where he hopes he can become chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. It is located near Washington, D.C., the 8th District encompasses some of the most affluent suburbs in the inner-ring such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. There are also a number of economically and racially diverse communities, the largest of which is Rockville and Silver Spring. Maryland is an autonomous American state. One of the original 13 states, it is located in the centre of the Eastern Seaboard amid the great commercial and population complex that stretches from Maine all the way to Virginia.
